Dear Sue, Firstly, I have been using your Brazilian and bikini wax for probably about 12 years. I have always found it pretty easy and always got a good result. I recently purchased a brand-new tub and last night decided to some some waxing. I opened the box to discover a new applicator which I was excited about. Then I was even more excited to see the formula for the wax had also changed. I absolutely loved it!!! It was easier, softer, more effective, quicker and stayed melted the whole time! Hello,I just bought my first Nads product, which is the eyebrow wax wand. Let me tell you I AM IN LOVE! I like that the product is very gentle and doesn't leave my eyebrows irritated. It is also a quick and efficient way to do your eyebrows if you're ever in a hurry. This the first time I ever find a waxing product that is to my liking. I use the Facial Wax Strip's.I have sensitive skin and have never has any bother with them ... and that says a lot ! I am almost 60 and having been taking medication for al.ost two years for hair loss. For some reason - medical tests showed nothing except menopause ...I had lost so much hair that you could see almost my whole scalp. The medication is The Hairy Pill, which you might have seen advertised on television recently.Well, I can tell you that it works as my hair is now quite thick again, long and healthy. The only pay off for me is one that I am actually fine with, (and could also be hormonal), and that is fine downy hair on the sides of my face. So I have just started my "Beauty Day" at home with hair removal. In the box was a sachet of Skin Shield Powder. I found this to be very good, and would like to know where it is available please! oh my gosh! The was awesome! I always go get sugared, and this time I waited too long to book my appointment! I went in to Ulta and was checking out the waxing selections and saw this! I looked at the ingredients and they were so similar to that of sugaring! So I got it to give it a shot. I'm so impressed! Very easy to use, I love not needing heat. Just popped in the microwave for 15 seconds and it lasted the whole time I used it! Results were great!! And I loveeee the reusable cotton strips! 10/10 would recommend
I would like to say I've been using ur wax strips for years and have loved them...very best in the market for effectively removing hair. I just saw these new strips with Shea butter you produced, absolulety amazing if i may say! I didn't know how u guys could improve but you have. When placed on the skin have a nice cooling effect to them and removes hair almost flawlessly. Thats the first time i have seen a wax strip remove all the hair in one go. Very impressed! Not only that but they tear less when pilling the strips apart and i have halfed the amount of usage i would normal need. Will definitely be buying more of these, i just wanted to show my appreciate with an email and say great job to Nads!
I recently purchased the ear and nasal hair kit remover. It was the best product I have used. I have tried many different types of hair remover for nose and ears including the rotary clippers. This was so easy and did the job better than anything I have used in the past. The applicator is the key to making the removal easy and complete. Hi, I'll be honest, I was sceptical but so glad I purchased this product. Easy instructions and it worked really well for me. Did my eyebrows and my chin. Applied really easy and pulled off with all my nasty hairs. Highly recommend. Nice touch with the Thank you card.
I got this natural sugar wax for my legs and it really worked super well and was very easy to use. My only complaint is that afterwards my skin was a little irritated but it went away after about 20 minutes so I am not sure if that was just my reaction or if that was normal but I really loved how smooth I was after this and how efficient it was.

I was so shocked at the results. I used it to take care of my "winter legs". It went on easily and tingled and removed most of hair. It though left my legs a little itchy for a bit especially in more sensitive areas. Just make sure you watch the time.

Good morning, I have purchased a new box of Nads facial wax strips for myself. And I was excited about it that I was going to be doing my own waxing. Because I have spent so much money threading and waxing and tweezing my own face. To control the hair that keeps growing on my face. Because I have hirsutism I got this after I had my youngest. And it started getting out of control and I really never the money to keep the hair off. But now that I have seen how AWESOME the facial strips work a lot better. Than when I was purchasing to get my face waxed. My face is feeling so much better than better.

Greetings, I do not normally reach out regarding products I use, but I feel compelled to say thank you for the Nads facial wax strips!! I have always used Sally Hansen product and have never loved it. Those strips are sticky and often don’t do a great job while leaving a big mess. But they are the only thing I ever saw at big box retailer. Yesterday I shopped at Market District grocery store. Your brand was the only one they carried so I decided to try. Your product is FAR superior to the competition. I often need to wax my lip at a “certain time of the month”…I must say, your strips are easy and really work! I noticed you have strips specifically for eyebrows and I have decided I will return to store to purchase those as well! So glad I discovered your product…even if it took me 50 years.

Hi...I'm allergic to most adhesives so bandaids, wax etc. I have big outbreaks every time I go to get my eyebrows done (I'm half French) so that's alot of waxing for me! And it's itchy and painful. I was wandering through my local shop and came across you Nad's Warm Wax and I thought what the hell, I'll give it a go. I just wanted to say it is amazing! I love this product. It doesn't hurt as much as normal warm wax, it works so well and guess what? NO itchiness! I LOVE this product so much and I love even more that it washes off in water! ...
I was extremely impressed by the body wax strips! I didn't have time to go to the beauty supply store to get my normal strips that I use with my pot wax at home, so I grabbed these and thought I would try them. Having never used them before, I didn't expect much, but after using them, I was seriously impressed by how easy, painless and effective this product was. I was able to do my underarms, full legs, Brazilian, and forearms with strips left over. I will definitely purchase this product again!

Works for fine hairs. I was so excited for an easy, at home product I could use to wax my eyebrows. However, the wax really only pulled the finer hairs and not the course ones. I really liked how precise the wand when applying the wax to exactly where I needed, but I wish the product pulled more hairs. This would be great to take when traveling so you can leave the tweezers at home.

I started using this product in 2014 when my first daughter was born and I became a stay at home Mum and couldn’t get to a professional salon to get my facial hair sorted. I was so impressed that I haven’t looked back since. I have fine facial hair with thin eyebrows and most professionals actually didn’t do it right. Either too thin or not neat enough. I started doing it myself with Nads eyebrow shaper and there is no other product which can match how well it works at removing hair. Even the tiny and thin ones come off.
2nd time using. Easy, safe, fast WHAT A GREAT SOLUTION, INEXPENSIVE FOR nose hair removal. Watch the video on it, i think it's youtube. I wish I could get it locally, I looked everywhere it's not at Walgreens, Walmart or Jewel so I think I ordered on Walmart or Amazon. it's inexpensive and you get enuff wax for at least 5 times -really, really good.
First time user of Nad's hair removal cream and I was very impressed with how efficient it is to apply and effect hair removal from my upper arms, shoulders and top of the chest. I intend to use it over more of my upper body and expect the same terrific results. It certainly beats waxing and shaving. Congrats for a great product.

I’ve owned your eyebrow kit and bigger kit for larger areas for a couple months now and have loveddd using them. I get the freedom to decide when exactly I want to wax and it’s so much less painful that going to a waxing salon! The eyebrow wand is also amazing for getting any tiny hairs that as a beginner I would have probably missed with a normal wax stick. I recently tried your eyebrow wax strips and I’m in love! I have a wax set up at my house but it’s always a pain to set it all up for just a couple of strips. While at Ulta I was trying to find something that was quick and that’s where I first saw your product.Super easy to use and gets all the hair which for me is great as my hair is very thick and hard to get out at times. The powder that gets applied before the strip smelled so good! And the wipes were very handy for after clean up. I have been recommending your product to all of my girl friends and I will definitely be continuing to use your eyebrow strips!

I really liked this product, the exfoliating side was not painful but quite gentle. Very easy to use, and no mess. Plus they smelt really good!! I would Highly recommend this product, and will definitely use them again.....

Hi Sue, I recently purchased the facial waxing strips from Ulta and gave them a try. I must say, 10/10!!!! I absolutely love them. They were so easy to use, the waxing was painless, and the removal was 99% a strip. Such a great product. I’m already sharing with friends. The oil pads that came with it… amazing touch! So soothing. I just wanted to share positive feedback- I’m a repeat purchaser of this product. Nice soft fabric on the strips and the wax is a good consistency- doesn’t need to be too warmed and adheres well to hair!
I first tried Nads many years ago and thought it worked pretty well, and was so affordable for a single mom. Of course, it's not the same as having one's facial waxing as done in a salon, but using Nads is not difficult at all. With having been away from regular salon care the past few years, I decided to order Nads again and clearly, there's been some product improvements! I was happy with the product as it was when I last used Nads, but this newer version was a great experience! The wax seems easier to warm, less thick and very effective. The soothing wipes were even more soothing than I remembered. Thanks for making a great product even better.
I found this little request for feedback note in the box…. I’m not normally one to give feedback either way. But I seen this in a box of the new charcoal strips and thought ‘yes I need to share’ THANK YOU! I have been using your product since I was a young girl (now 42) Recently I have had some issues with the strips… the paper tears, the wax sticks, they just weren’t working and unfortunately I switched to another product. While shopping I seen this ‘new charcoal’ strips product. As I am not one to simply give up I purchased these and I can tell you I’m over the moon!!!!!!! These are amazing! Hi Nat, Just replying to your request for feedback. I purchased your facial (upper lip) hair removal kit instead of the Sally Hansen I've been using. Yours was much easier to use and did a better job too. With Sally Hansen, separating the wax strips was always challenging and sometimes defeating. Separating yours was easy which is greatly appreciated. The hair removal was also better than the Sally Hansen. Thank you.
I prefer waxing over shaving because waxing lasts longer over time. And this products has shown great results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it didn't hurt. you just have to apply multiple applications to get all the hair removed.
Oh my gosh why haven’t I know about this product. I was getting so tired of shaving and knicking myself in the process. Waxing I’m afraid of lol. This sugar wax is so easy to use and I don’t have to work about cutting myself! Leaves your skin feeling smoothed and moisturized.
First time using the facial wax strips for my upper lip & it was so easy to do! Virtually pain free, just a little redness, but it went away within a few minutes! Should have tried this earlier!
Smells great! First the packaging is super cute! Comes with everything you need and looks so adorable. Smells great and works even better! My poor family is subjected to so much waxing because of this product, definitely will be getting more soon!
The Nad’s Eco Wax strips are very sensitive to delicate skin. Most of the times I got red skin after waxing but with these seems to be different. They are vegan made with plant based material and I love this fact. The kit has two different sizes and for the half way size I just cut the big one.
I recently started using Nad's eyebrow shaper, it is not a disappointment. I love the way I can get the salon looking eyebrows in minutes. Also the price is reasonable and that's a plus. I love it!
