The team at Nad’s have chosen the 2012 Smoothest Celebrity Award winners in both the male and female categories.  Nad’s defines smooth as skin that is soft, sleek, even and most importantly free from unsightly hair! 
This year, choosing the two winners wasn’t easy. The team had to painstakingly troll through images and images of beautifully smooth celebrity bodies. What a job! 

So without further ado the winners of the 2012 Nad’s Smoothest Celebrity Award are… 
Katy Perry
She is no stranger to zits and openly talks about her struggle with acne, which is great because it makes the rest of us realise she’s a little more human! But we think she’s the perfect poster girl for the smoothest skin all round that’s hair free! With her amazing (and 90% of the time cheeky) costume choices, Katy Perry has won us over! Besides, you couldn’t parade around on stage looking hairy.

Well need we say more? Our jaws are constantly left open just looking at his smooth and silky abs! Taylor Lautner “shirtless images” are a dime a dozen but no wonder, look at his hair free body!! So you can’t be surprised we’ve chosen him for our smoothest celebrity award!!

"Effective even with fine hairs! The product works so well I figured I should since it seems to be getting some flack here on Amazon. First off, I tried lots of other products and nothing really worked for me. This was a Godsend. Yes, it hurts but so does everything else. Beauty, in general, hurts so deal with it. I know lots of people complain that there are not enough wipes but I just use either baby lotion or vitamin E lotion afterward. "I know everybody is different, but this product really is my preference when it comes to hair removal. And I've tried just about everything available apart from laser surgery and radio frequency hair removal. I even purchased the finest epilator money could buy only to find out that I'm just not hard core enough to use one of those puppies! I've also used different types of waxes, and have even made my own, but they tend to leave my skin all bumpy and rash covered. I also find them more painful than Nad's. I follow the instructions and I end up with awesome results when I use Nad's gel. It is the least painful method for me, and the only product that doesn't give me bumps and rashes. "I used this yesterday to remove the hair on my face — it's fine hair, but there's a lot of it. I waxed upper lip, sideburns and under my chin. I am extremely pleased with the results. The gel was a little messy but it rinses right off so not really a problem. It removed the great majority of the hair. Nad's Facial wand eyebrow shaper, is featured in the September 2012 issue of Cosmopolitan, Cosmo Beauty How-to! 

 

Sue Ismiel, founder of Nad’s explains how to shape your eyebrows using the Nad’s Facial wand eyebrow shaper in 4 easy steps! Sue’s expert advice on eyebrows is, “Thicker, fuller brows are the most flattering and easier to maintain.

Step 1: The hairs you want to remove should be between 2mm to 5mm long, so the wax can grab on to the hair and pull them from the root. Also ensure your eyebrow area is clean and free from makeup and moisturiser.

Step 2: Don’t apply a thick layer of wax – a thin layer allows for more precision. Apply it in the direction of the hair growth. 

Step 3: Smooth the strip on and press down. Ensure you pull the strip off in the opposite direction of the hair growth.

Step 4: Repeat until you’re happy with the shape. Pluck any strays away with tweezers.   Read More...
